This is what I came up with...
this is not the whole story of course, it took me weeks to finish it
and I only wrote down certain checkpoints to keep track of where I was and where I would have to end up.
New Life Project Earth was started since… Earth. The time has come when the Earthlings have achieved enough technology and population to defend themselves from the other universe, still the defense is NOT at all enough, this is why there is a group who will help the Earthlings throughout its generation and even more when “the time” comes.
Oicifed Works for anti-chaos Secret Agency. Oneila, Founder of the New Life Project, has a plan to erase the memories of the Universes’ minds and reduce mankinds to primitive so he could appear to be a god on the eyes of all. Invasion and annihilation of all New Life inhabiters, is ordered because of this, otherwise, it would be a neat fish tank, a roller coaster experience. It also turns out that Oicifed lost his family, reason being unknown, but rumors say that he is an important person and Edoctus wanted to gain Oicifed’s ego or inheritance so he sent Oicifed to New Life, along with his family group, knowing of the whole situation that Oneila was to perform. Oicifed also turns out to be Oneila’s partner, but Oneila betrayed by telling Edoctus to send him to Project Earth. Accipio, Oicifed’s boss, is in charge of keeping him to figure out a way to stop this Project Earth from spreading. If Oicifed dies, he will remember his state and continue and settle down cards with Oneila. But if anybody born on Earth dies, they won’t remember still. Oicifed must not die or else he will continue the Project.
Answer first when Oicifed kills himself.

When Oicifed’s wife disappears, Oicifed demands an explanation from from Accipio, … no answer..
He has trouble killing himself, hears his wife’s voice explain “rocks of fate” preventing his suicide..Creates mayhem so he gets killed, but Accipio tasers him down, wakes up in a cushion room absent minded at first, he tries so many ways to kill himself in this cushion room (be creative) holds his breath, passes out but does not die, wakes up. starves himself but cant suicide because of the rocks of fate.
No signs of life in his room.. they go check… he is dead how? (be creative) food poisoning?
wakes up in mental institution n a body of a retard, he was really a retard on earth with retard memories from his childhood and even a retard family…
after a while he escapes because he wants a cookie, but the land beyond the sight (where he goes) is an abyss of destruction his dreams are true he realizes, he never really died and he feels so stupid for letting himself be fooled… he still cant kill himself?... he runs into dangerous depths, and dies…
He finally wakes up born and years pass by and with his memory of all the wonders of the universes, the plan and all. He takes care of business, he remembers acquaintaces, against all his opposers, When he gets to Oneila, as he feels victorious… he dies down slowly.
He wakes up again in the same mental insititute with the same body he had there and all memories combined. he really is crazy.
Little by little until the end he figures out that his wife never existed… neither did he. He who convinces him that he does not exist is that one that is in charge of the non-existant, Oneila?
